If you need to run a program as administrator, simply start an elevated command prompt and run the needed command. If you are asking if you can bypass the UAC prompt, then the answer is no. GPO software installation installs as administrator so you don't have to worry about this issue.

I will try to make my question as simple as possible. Is there a VB script, or some other type of script, that will run my bat file as the local administrator.
