Zune software terms of service problem

Joined Dec 29, Messages 1. I just got a Zune for Christmas and I've had all sorts of problems since the moment I took it out of the box. I was shocked to discover that it has no user manual of any sort and for questions the software simply refers me to the Zune forum where I can post questions that no one seems to know the answer to or just doesn't want to answer. So I thought I'd try here. Almost all of the problems that I've had concern videos and video issues.

One things that's really driven me crazy is that my Zune will sync some of my videos with no problems, but others it simply refuses to sync and gives me a error message C00D11CD. I have no idea what this means, but I can't understand it, as these particular videos are of an accepted file format, aren't especially long, and can't possibly be rights protected because they are my own personal videos. A further problem I've had is that none of my videos will play through the Zune software, even though they are recognized and are of accepted file format.

The software gives me any error message saying there is a problem with my video driver, but all of my drivers are up to date and videos work fine with all other software. As I stated above, it will sync most videos to the player and the Zune will play them with no issues, but the Zune software on my computer will not. Finally, is there a certain way to get the Zune to turn off and stay off?

Please, if you have any knowledge on how to fix these problems let me know. I desperately need help. Joined Jan 12, Messages 3. I would love to help but I can't even figure out how to get my music onto my Zune lol I was able to sync all of my photos but that is as far as I've gotten.

I have tried everything I can think of I have XP MCE and WMP 11, some say it's compatible some say it's not lol I'm not far from putting it back in the box and waiting a few months to see what microsoft comes up with compatibility wise. Are you using the Zune software or are you trying to use WMP 11 to accomplish the synching?

I've tried to use both I have XP tho with the MCE upgrade but WMP won't even recognize it and I can use the zune software to play music out of odd ball places like limewire but it won't sync it or let me save it to a playlist So, any Zune users out there suffering from some similar or altogether different problems?
