Again, " I then went back into the router and put in I forget the exact wording. Frustrated and out of time, I put everything back the way it was with only the desktop getting access to the DSL modem and the router is out of the picture.
After reconfiguring the DSL modem, the desktop was able to get online just fine this way, and I left for the day. What am I missing? As I said I had this exact problem nearly a year ago, and after looking at the FAQ here, I somehow was able to get it to work, and work well for 10 months, until they unplugged and reconfigured settings over the phone with Verizon.
