In which case Gordon B-P's answer is correct. Also if Word is properly installed I would expect a tile for it to appear on the Start Page.
If it's not on the Start Page you should find it in "All Apps" right click spare space on the start page and click "All Apps" on the bottom bar that appears Once you find the MS Word tile there you can right click on that and select "Pin to Start".
Once you locate the Word tile on the Start page you can drag and drop the tiles to get them in an order you like.
